FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve a bouncer?

A: We ask that you give as much advance notice as possible to ensure booking your first
choice of dates and bouncers. We also recommend that you book your bouncer BEFORE you
send out your invitations to ensure that we will have the bouncer you want at the time you need
it.

Q: How do I reserve a bouncer with Ultimate Bouncers, L.L.C.?

A: We ask that you give us a call to place your reservation. A lot of the other companies are
set up to take Internet reservations, I guess in some cases it's easier for the customer that
way, however, we feel that it is more personable and professional to talk with you directly so
that we can make sure all of your questions are answered and that we have all the information
we need so that there is absolutely no confusion on the day of your rental.

Q: Does it cost less if I pick up the bouncer from you and install it myself?

A: No. We do not allow our clients to pick up and install the bouncer themselves. We have the
experience required to safely and properly deliver and install the bouncer for you.

Q: Does the rate include delivery and setup?

A: Yes, for the immediate Reno/Sparks area. Delivery charges and minimum rental time may
apply in outlying areas. You can verify delivery details when you call.

Q: Does the rental time include setup time?

A: No. The rental time is true time, from the time you want the rental to start until the time you
want it picked up. We always arrive at least 15 - 30 minutes prior to your designated rental
start time to get the unit set up without infringing on your rental time.

Q: How long does it take to set up the bouncer?

A: It usually takes anywhere from 15 minutes to about 25 minutes to set up the bouncer
depending on what type of unit you rented. In order to help us out when we arrive we will need
to know exactly where the unit is going to be set up (a level area is best , we can set up on a
slight slope), where the nearest 120v outlet is (needs to be within 100 feet) and a clear path to
the area so we can wheel the bouncer into place. Also the Lessee/Responsible adult must be
present at the time of delivery.

Q: What kind of power is needed?

A: We need a standard (minimum 120v ) GFI (Ground Fault Interrupted)outlet WITHIN 100 feet
of where the unit will be set up.

Q: Will the bouncer harm my lawn?

A: Absolutely not! It will only flatten the lawn out for a day or two then your lawn will pop right
back up. Even a brand new lawn will be okay with a bouncer on it. We have them set up
at our house alot and in fact the first one we set up was about two weeks after we installed our
lawn. We have found that it is a good idea to mow your lawn the day before the rental so that
there is not so much long grass laying flat, this way if your water comes on you don't
get puddles of water on top of the grass.

Q: Do you secure or tie the bouncer down?

A: YES! We have never left a bouncer without securely tying it down. For grass set up we tie it
using 13" long spikes that are nailed into the lawn and then straps are securely tied to the
spikes **PLEASE NOTE: the fire truck slide must be set up on grass for residential delivery and
the stakes we use are about 3 feet long and 2" in diameter**. For any other type of setup we
will use the spikes wherever possible, then sandbags for the areas that cannot be spiked
down.

**Tying the unit does not guarantee safety in windy conditions, high winds and/or wind gusts
can lift the bouncer off the ground if the bouncer is not supervised. For this reason we DO
NOT set up if we determine that the weather conditions are unsafe. Your safety and your
child(ren)'s saftey are Ultimate Bouncers utmost concern!

Q: Can you put the bouncer on DIRT, GRAVEL, PAVEMENT or CONCRETE?

A: Yes, however there is an additional charge for this type of setup. You can find this on the
"RATES" page. We prefer to setup on GRASS rather than DIRT, GRAVEL, PAVEMENT or
CONCRETE if at all possible because it is safer for the children to enter and exit on, also DIRT
or GRAVEL puts extra wear and tear on the equipment (we can only set up on smooth "river
rock" type rock/gravel) and PAVEMENT or CONCRETE requires extra labor because of the
need to use of sandbags in lieu of ground stakes to secure the unit in place. *each sandbag
weighs approximately 40-50 pounds and depending on the area we use anywhere between 4
and 8 bags per bouncer*

Q: How clean are your bouncers?

A: We clean every bouncer when we drop it off so that you see that it is cleaned each and
every time. When we say SUPER CLEAN, we mean it!We have kids too and we would not want
our kids jumping in a dirty bouncer. We provide our clients with clean equipment and safe,
professional setup for every rental.

Q: How safe are your bouncers?

A: All of our bouncers are safe as long as all of the rules outlined in the SAFETY / OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS page of this site (as well as on your copy of the rental agreement) are followed
and the unit is supervised by a responsible adult. Each unit (except boxing ring and firetruck
slide) has a safety step on it for easy in and out, and also each one has an elasticized saftey
net on the entrance so that children cannot slip out of the front of the bouncer.

Q: Do you deliver during the winter months?

A: Yes. We will set up all year round, weather permitting of course. During periods of snowfall
we will set up ONLY if the temperature is above 40 degrees, it is not actively snowing or
expected to snow during the timeframe of your rental and the set up area is clear of snow and
ice all the way down to solid surface. We CANNOT set up ON TOP of snow or ice because of
safety considerations (bounce unit will not stay in place, too slippery) and to prevent extreme
equipment wear and tear. Also we WILL NOT set up in mud for obvious reasons!!!

QUESTIONS REGARDING CANCELLATION AND INCLEMENT WEATHER

Q: What happens to my reservation in case of inclement weather?

A: We consider inclement weather to be any type of rainfall, snowfall, high winds or wind gusts
of 15MPH or higher, freezing conditions ( 35 degrees F or less, we like to see the temperature
no less than 40 degrees F for optimal setup and use), and lightning or electrical storms. In
these instances for safety reasons and to minimize equipment wear and tear we WILL NOT set
up the unit.

**We are ALL ABOUT SAFETY !! We always reserve the right to cancel your reservation AT
ANY TIME if we feel the weather meets ANY ONE of the above described conditions.

We typically call the morning of your reservation if the weather forecast is not going to allow for
SAFE operation of the units, we may also arrive at the location of the delivery and evaluate the
weather, if we feel that the weather will not allow for SAFE operation of the unit we WILL cancel
delivery at that time.

In this instance obviously no payment is due and no transportation fee is required, however... if
we DO set up the unit and the weather rolls in anytime after we have set up, you MUST call us
so we can come and pick up the unit.

No refunds are given in this instance.

Q: If I need to cancel my own reservation how soon do I have to call?

A: We REQUIRE you to call no less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.

Also, if we arrive at the location of the scheduled delivery, and have not received a
cancellation call, and the delivery is refused, a $50.00 transportation fee will be imposed and
paid in CASH ONLY at that time!

Q: How large of an area do I need for the bouncer?

A: It just depends on the overall dimensions of the unit you choose, for example a 20' x 20'
clubhouse needs an area NO LESS THAN 22' x 22' and height clearance of at least 18'.

Q: How many kids can the bouncer accommodate?

A: It really depends on the size of the children. Generally you want to keep same age and size
groups together and rotate the groups in turn. Our typical rule is as follows:

Ages 8 & under ..... 8 to 10 kids
Ages 9 to 12 ..... 6 - 8 kids
Teens ..... 4 to 6 kids
Adults ..... 4

Keep this in mind... it also depends on the amount of energy some kids have as opposed to
others!

*All you adults, you CAN jump too, however please remember, you do so at your own risk! I
don't know about you but I have come to find that I don't recover as quickly as I used to when
injured...or for that matter when I get a little too much exercise!
