Safety Info
At Ultimate Bouncers, L.L.C. we strive to provide fun, safe, quality equipment. We are also
fully insured.

In order to provide you with the best, cleanest and safest equipment around, we setup, clean
and test all of our equipment before turning it over to you, our valued customers.

Safety instructions are reviewed with each customer orally upon delivery of the unit(s) and
also given in writing on your copy of the rental agreement. We ask that each customer take
the safety instructions very seriously to ensure a safe and fun experience for all.

We ask that you remain with the unit(s) and keep it (them) inflated until we return to take
down the unit(s) for you.

Each and every piece of equipment is thoroughly inspected on a regular basis to ensure that
it is in peak operating condition.

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES:
Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are examples of emergencies and
how to handle the situation.

This is STRICTLY a guide... PLEASE use common sense and notify appropriate local
authorities if an emergency occurs!

WEATHER
Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, snow, lightning, or strong wind.

It is possible in situations where strong winds are an issue and despite the fact that every unit
is securely tied down, the slightest gust of wind CAN lift the unit off the ground! This is why
you should always have at least one responsible, strong adult in attendance of the unit at ALL
TIMES.

In any case we ask that you evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible.

REMAIN CALM! If you panic, your riders may also panic.

After everyone has safely exited the unit, deflate the unit by turning the blower off or
unplugging it from the outlet.

LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER
When a loss of power occurs, the unit will slowly start to deflate.

REMAIN CALM! If you panic, your riders may also panic!

Talk calmly to those inside the unit telling them not to panic while you're helping them out.

Most of our units DO NOT HAVE a fully attached roof, this way if the unit completely deflates
the riders can be helped out through the gaps around the edges of the roof as well as
through the entrance of the unit.

Our 13 X 13 size units DO HAVE a fully attached roof, however for safety reasons there are
two flaps located in the center of the roof where exit can be achieved when necessary as well
as through the entrance of the unit.

Check to see that the blower(s) have not come unplugged, or that the cord(s) have not come
unplugged from the outlet if so then plug them back in and the unit will re-inflated by itself.
Some units may require help on the way back up.

If cords are still plugged in and the blower is still plugged in, check the circuit breaker, it may
have been tripped due to a surge in the line. If this is the case flip the circuit breaker switch
off then back on again to reset.

If you cannot find the source of the power loss contact Ultimate Bouncers, L.L.C. immediately
at 775-424-4386.

In any instance DO NOT leave the ride un-attended!

DAMAGE
If the unit or equipment becomes damaged while in your (Lessee's) possession, please take
the following steps:

1. If the unit is ripped or otherwise begins to lose air for any reason, assist all riders to exit the
unit and deflate it immediately.
2. Write down what happed, time it happened, and any other details you observed so you can
turn this report in to Ultimate Bouncers staff when they arrive to pick up the unit.
3. Call Ultimate Bouncers immediately to inform them of the incident. DO NOT attempt to
continue operation of the unit.

Ultimate Bouncers staff will make every attempt to pick up the unit as quickly as possible,
however our schedule does not usually allow for un-expected pick up of the units.

LIABILITY OF LESSEE:
If Ultimate Bouncers determines that damage occurred due to the Lessee's negligence, then
Lessee will be held liable for any and all costs incurred by Ultimate Bouncers to repair the
unit and/or equipment, also if the unit or equipment is determined by Ultimate Bouncers to be
un-repairable then Lessee will be held liable for any and all costs incurred by Ultimate
Bouncers for replacement of the unit and/or equipment.
